My name is Mary Lou Davidson and I am a licensed Bodyworker, a certified Chi for Two® Embodiment Coach and Esthetician.
I work with folks who wish to feel more connected to and express more freely in their bodies.
If you experience chronic muscle pain, feel generally overwhelmed and are bewildered by your resistance to movement that might flip the switch on all of the above, I can help.
The bodywork I offer is trauma sensitive and polyvagal informed and is an eclectic blend of Esalen®, CranioSacral Therapy, Shiatsu and Chi for Two® nervous system coaching.
